Albert Hall - Swansea's Colourful and Vibrant Fayre!

Setup Time: 8:00 AM onwards
Suppliers: Only one of each supplier category, unless they are VERY different in style.

Newport Market - A new addition for 2025

Event Date: 26th October 2025
Location: Newport Market, High St, Newport NP20 1FX.
Event Time: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Setup Time: 8:00 AM onwards
Suppliers: Only two of each supplier category.

Both fayres will have well planned unload / pack up systems and parking info.

What to Expect:

  • Stunning Venues: Both venues offer the most amazing food and unique spaces filled with history and character. Our fayres create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for businesses that offer eye-catching products and services that align with our theme of colour, fun, and creativity.
    We highly encourage you to embrace the theme and add extra colour / sparkle to your stand!

  • Fayre Details: The event will run from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, giving you plenty of time to showcase your products and connect with visitors. Setup starts at 8:00 AM, with full unloading and loading details sent out closer to the event date for your convenience.

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure your booking, a £50 non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of booking, for each fayre you’d like to attend. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 19th September 2025. For spaces offered where the deposit is not received within 7 days, the space will be offered onto the next vendor waiting. Our last fayre more than sold out, with a waiting list so please be quick.

    Please note, this is not something we do the make profit but to fill a gap in the wedding fayre market, all fees going towards covering costs, time, and advertising. There is a high amount of advertising on social media, google ads, billboards etc.


Who can apply:

We are looking for suppliers who are enthusiastic and inclusive, ready to contribute to an exciting, energetic atmosphere. This means being inclusive to all minorities. Vendors who attended our past fayre were so excited by the fresh environment we created, it was friendly, inviting, interactive and full of fun.

Vendors that create colourful, exciting displays for their services and products. The Albert Hall doesn’t have space for large corporate background banners, so we highly discourage these. We love suppliers who use their imaginations to create something more unique.
