Wedding Photography and Videography FAQs

Our hourly rates start at £260 for wedding coverage, and depending on what you would like included, full day prices can range from £3195. For more details, please see the packages.

Yes, they can be purchased as a part of a wedding photography package or after the wedding or even as a completely separate gift purchase. The high quality linen matted and digital wedding albums can be personalised. View wedding albums here.

Hell yeah! We love to travel and have custom packages for both elopements and destination weddings. We would love for you to take us with you on your adventure! Elopements will be charged generally by the hour, if it’s within South Wales, that’ll be the only cost.

If there is travel involved, however far afield, we will provide a set cost for this. This is the same for destination weddings, a flight will be required, along with a nights stay but the cost for shooting will be the same as our full day packages. Tell us where you are going and we can provide you a quote!

Photos; This will massively vary depending on the coverage you choose but a full day you’re generally looking at between 400-600+ images.

All images are sent on your USB but also delivered in an online gallery that allows anyone given the password to log in, view and download your full resolution images for printing and social media (Tag us!). This takes the stress away from families nagging to see your album, when you can’t ruddy decide on what images you love the most!

Albums; If you included an album in your package, once you’ve received your images, the hard work begins to choose which images you’d like for your album. All instructions are sent in the post with your USB package on how to do this and it also includes how to order one, if you didn’t.

Once you’ve chosen, a layout will be created and a proof sent over to you to approve/make changes to. Generally, turnaround is about 2-3 weeks.

Films; Again, this depends on your wedding day, what length of time you book us for, the length of your ceremony, the length of your speeches, what entertainment you have etc.

In previous weddings, some church ceremonies have lasted over an hour, whereas we have experienced non-religious ceremonies lasting only 9 minutes - so you can imagine how this would affect the length overall. An average length to expect would be around 15-25 minutes, this may seem a short time but we have a multi layered approach to video editing which means it is more visually pleasing. The highlights wedding video is an edit of the best bits of the day set to music, this can also vary from 2-5 minutes.

Warm Storytelling Fun Creative wedding photos. We love to take imagery that allows a viewer to relate to the emotions of the day, to imagine the sounds and smells of the day, to feel the energy picking up when the party starts and to get a little emotional with the couple when they do. It’s about a journey, your journey and from the first image, to the very last, every photo, every frame should conjure up a memory from that day.

This is entirely a personal choice, a majority of bookings tend to be 12-18 months in advance but as long as we have your date available - you can book at any time, up to 3 years in advance or even a few days before.

The deposit is £400-450 to secure the date; This is a part-payment towards your wedding and is non refundable. At the same time a digitally sent contract is provided, to be signed with all the terms & conditions. The remaining balance will then be due 5 weeks before your wedding day.

Sony A9, Sony AR7SIII, 21mm, 28mm, 35mm, 55mm, 85mm, 90mm, Flash - sometimes… Tripods, monopod - things to generally make sure your footage isn’t wonky.

Yes, we love to travel. If it is within the UK but outside of South Wales, we will charge a set fee agreed beforehand & for travel outside South Wales & may require a room in a hotel/b&b depending on timings and distance. For international destination weddings in Europe & further - the price is the same as listed in the wedding pages, we simply require a budget flight and two nights accommodation in one room.

Yes, this will be supplied digitally on booking, this can be signed on your smartphone or tablet using your finger for ease. This states all terms and conditions, please read it carefully - it is legally binding for your assurance.

Yes of course, beaches, forests, mountains tops, we will go anywhere, even if it's a little crazy (we love crazy).

If taking time out from your guests to leave for photographs, make sure you leave enough time to mingle with them before food etc.

We offer up to two hours for morning preparations plus travel. We prefer to cover the more final stages of the hair and makeup being finished, the dress being laced up, the brides reveal to family/bridal party etc. We have always found this plenty of time to cover the above as well as the beautiful details and fun of getting ready. If you would like more time, this can be arranged, we have hourly rates available.

Yes, we hold public liability, personal and equipment insurance. These certificates are available on request, sometimes venues require them.
