Chloe and Ben’s wedding at the Oxwich Bay Hotel in Swansea was the epitome of a perfect summer wedding, combining the beauty of the beachfront location with a laid-back, relaxed vibe. Their big day was filled with laughter, candid moments, and a stunning setting that made for unforgettable wedding photos. We absolutely loved capturing their special day through natural, fun, and documentary-style wedding photography.

Getting Ready – Comical and Candid Moments.
As with many weddings, the getting ready moments were full of excitement and some hilarious moments. Chloe, in particular, had a bit of a funny quirk during her preparations. She kept thinking guests could see her from outside, and in a fit of giggles, would drop to the floor to hide—despite the windows being shaded! It made for some comical photos that perfectly captured Chloe’s fun-loving and down-to-earth personality. We absolutely loved how relaxed she was, even when she was hiding from her guests!

Beachside Fun – Ice Cream, Strolling, and Smoke Bombs
After the ceremony and heartfelt speeches inside the Oxwich marquee, the sun finally decided to make an appearance in full force, just in time for ice cream! Guests lined up at an ice cream van parked with a stunning view of the Oxwich Bay beach. The laid-back atmosphere continued with a barefoot couples’ photo shoot on the beach, with Chloe and Ben strolling hand-in-hand as the sun flared beautifully behind them. These were some of our favourite wedding photos—perfectly capturing the joy and love of the couple.

Then, to add a touch of fun to their couples photos, Chloe and Ben were joined by their wedding squad to set off ring-pull smoke bombs. While the wind decided to have some fun of its own and pulled the smoke in one direction, it only added to the excitement and made for some unforgettable wedding photos. The unpredictability of nature is what makes wedding photography so special!

Father-Daughter Moment
One of the most emotional moments of the day was when Chloe’s father saw her for the first time in her wedding dress. His reaction was priceless—tears of joy as he wiped away his emotions before the bridesmaids could see her. They also shared a special father daughter dance before Ben stepped in to take over the twirling.

The day was a true celebration of love, with a crowd of upbeat wedding guests who were ready to party and enjoy the perfect setting. The combination of stunning views at Oxwich Bay and the beautiful weather created the ideal backdrop for a fun and carefree wedding day. Chloe and Ben’s wedding was full of energy, joy, and stunning moments that will be cherished forever.

Chloe and her partner’s wedding was the ideal blend of beautiful scenery, emotional moments, and fun celebrations. From the beachside ceremony and ice cream van to the smoke bomb fun and the heartfelt father-daughter moment, it was truly a day to remember.
