Pembrokeshire wedding photography.
Wedding videography near Tenby in Pembrokeshire. – Emily and Denzel’s day on the farm with wedding photography too.
Two of the best things about being Pembrokeshire wedding photographers, are getting to meet and work with lovely couples like Emily and Denzel, and getting to capture weddings at Jordanston Farm. Their Pembrokeshire marquee wedding was a joy to shoot.
We first we met these two when we did their pre wedding shoot on Ogmore Beach, so seeing them again was like catching up with friends. Both Emily and Denzel got ready at Emily’s parents’ house, and we headed there in the pouring rain, which was disappointing considering it was mid-June.
When we got to Emily’s parents’ house, it was clear that the weather was doing nothing to dampen any bodies spirits. The house was buzzing with excitement giving us the chance to get some great preparation images and film.
Denzel’s daughters were beautiful bridesmaids, and the younger nieces were flower girls, they were all so excited for the day, there was lots of play, giggles and a bit of casual nudity as they waited for their turn to be dressed!
Emily looked stunning in a halter neck style dress with beautiful back detail that flowed into a full A-line skirt of soft floaty layers. She bought it at Cardiff Bridal Centre. Her hair was styled in an elegant up-do thanks to Claire from Navidi Hair and her make-up looked immaculate courtesy of make-up artist Nicole Devereux. It was complemented with a gorgeous bouquet of elegant white and pink flowers with green foliage, created by local florist Florrie and Jo, who did all the flowers on the day.
Experienced Pembrokeshire wedding videographer.
We must give Denzel a mention. He looked very smart in a green tux and bow tie. He chose green as a nod to his Irish family. It was an original look for a groom and really suited him. His grooms party wore black tuxedos. All were hired from Suit Direct.
Before leaving for the ceremony, we captured a really sweet father seeing the bride moment.
The wedding ceremony was held in the pretty Grade II listed St Florence Church in Tenby and Emily was walked down the aisle by her dad. The wedding ceremony was technically a blessing as this cheeky pair had tied the knot already in an intimate ceremony in New York!
After the lovely ceremony, there was a fun confetti moment outside. We then captured some lovely images of Emily and Denzel and the wedding party, before guests headed to Jordanston Farm in Tenby for the marquee wedding reception.
Straight after the church ceremony, we popped back to the family home with Emily and Denzel, so they could open a bottle of champagne, and do their couples photoshoot in the field behind the house. Emily’s sister lives next door, and her curious cat wanted in on the action and did her best to photobomb as many images as she could, even climbing trees to be in shot. What a diva!
