Brangwyn hall & Marquee wedding reception in Swansea | Sam & Paul's hot July wedding day!
Brangwyn hall wedding ceremony photography & rugby club marquee wedding in Gower.
Sam & Paul's marquee wedding took place on the hottest day of the year in Swansea and no correlation at all but it also happened to be July 4th, Independence Day.
The wedding ceremony was at Brangwyn hall in Swansea, where the couples dog Lola stole all the attention walking Sam down the aisle. I truly believe there should be a dog at every wedding!
The relaxed tone of the day was set with converse wearing groomsmen, a simple bow tied on their friends VW camper van, cured meat and olive players to start their wedding breakfast and the ultimate in entertainment; Fat Barry's soul band.
The rather large marquee was set up in the South Gower rugby club field in Bishopton, equalling cheap beer which when mixed with the level of sunshine, it went down superbly well for one hell of a party!!
Since shooting this wedding, the image of Sam & Paul walking down Swansea bay holding hands has been an image I've had framed and exhibited for wedding fayres. More than a few times, I've been asked what country the wedding was set in; before noticing the iconic lumps that make up the Mumbles head.
Sam & Paul's wedding also featured in Swansea life magazine and online at the South Wales Evening post - http://www.southwales-eveningpost.co.uk/pictures/wedding-gallery/pictures-27613310-detail/pictures.html
