Hereford Wedding Photos, Shack Revolution | Caitie & Jordan

Jordan and Caitie’s wedding at Shack Revolution was exactly what they hoped it would be. Fun and lighthearted, but romantic enough to make everyone cry. Preferably more than once.

We met them at a Shack Revolution wedding fayre, and from that first conversation it was clear they were excited in the best way. They bounce off each other constantly, hyping each other up, finishing each other’s sentences and getting giddy over small details. That energy carried right through the day.

Getting ready at The Green Dragon Hotel

Morning prep happened at Green Dragon Hotel, with Jordan and Caitie getting ready separately but with the same relaxed vibe.

Caitie did her own make up, with her best friend helping with her hair, and the room felt calm, excited and genuinely happy. No chaos. No over scheduling. Just friends soaking it in. Jordan and his friends kept it equally chilled, helping each other get ready and throwing in the odd nervous joke while the sunshine poured in outside.

Personal vows and true emotions

The ceremony at Shack Revolution was emotional from the start. They both read personal vows that were sweet, funny and completely committed, and it did not take long before Jordan’s eyes filled up. Caitie was right there wiping away tears while trying to hold back her own.

Then came the most Caitie moment of the day. As the registrar began announcing them as married and started saying their names, Caitie whispered “that’s you” as Jordan’s name was said, then squealed “THAT’S me” when hers followed. It was small, excited and completely genuine, and it had everyone smiling.

Bright Colour + DIY Details

The decor leaned into bright pinks and oranges, with colourful florals bringing warmth into the space without overpowering it. Caitie’s creative side showed up everywhere, but nothing felt forced. It just felt like them.

The standout detail had to be Caitie’s grandfather arriving in a sparkling red blazer, bedazzled with his nickname from her, “Poppa”, stitched across the back. Bold. Emotional. Iconic. Nobody missed it. Their heart shaped one tier wedding cake with piped edging was sweet and simple, perfectly fitting the vibe of the day.

Speeches That Hit Both Ways

The speeches struck the balance perfectly. Big laughs one minute, tissues the next. There were proper belly laughs across the room followed by quiet sniffles and shoulders being squeezed. It never tipped too far one way. It just felt real.

Ping Pong, Sunshine and a Packed Dancefloor

Once the formalities were done, the energy lifted again. Guests headed outside to play ping pong in the courtyard, drinks in hand, enjoying the sunshine and the relaxed atmosphere that Shack Revolution does so well.

As the evening rolled in, DJ Ryan Caddock kept the momentum building naturally, and the dancefloor filled quickly. It was one of those parties where people feel safe enough to fully commit to their dance moves, which always makes for the best footage.

Wedding Photography and Videography at Shack Revolution

For couple portraits around Bastion Mews, we kept things simple. Minimal direction, lots of movement, plenty of laughter. They were completely in sync, clearly very in love and genuinely enjoying the five minutes they had to themselves before diving back into the party.

Jordan and Caitie booked our photography and videography package because they wanted to remember how it felt. The tears. The laughter. The squeals. The chaotic dancefloor moments. If the final film makes them cry again, that is apparently a win.
